Job Description:
We are seeking a property claims adjuster with 2-4 years of claims handling experience to work out of our home office in Charlotte, North Carolina. This candidate will perform onsite property inspections in North and South Carolina for residential and small commercial claims.
This adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and negotiate property claims in order to reach fair and equitable settlement. Candidate will also identify subrogation and salvage opportunities as well as potential coverage issues.

Skills Required:
Four year college degree.
Prior use of Xactimate or any other estimating programs.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and seek training necessary to excel.
Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Proven record for maintaining the highest level of personal and professional integrity.
Flexibility to travel.
Physical ability to climb up a ladder and on rooftops to inspect damage.
Compensation:
$45,000 + Bonus
