- Initial payment must be received in full prior to ad activation.
- Payment terms available for contracts of 3 or more months.
- Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice.
- Current rates will apply for contract renewals.
- A minimum contract of $1,000 is required for any banner ad program.
Secure access to real-time online ad statistics can be provided upon request. An e-mail with final ad impressions and click-throughs will be provided upon the completion of the run of the ad.
Advertising copy that in the judgment of Claims-Portal.com might be mistaken by a reader as news, a featured story, article, newsletter, or other non-advertising material, will be clearly marked "advertisement".
Claims-Portal.com is not responsible for any errors in ads provided by or approved by the client. We reserve the right to reject any ad for any reason.
Advertisers are solely responsible for any information contained in pages to which the visitor is taken from their ad on Claims-Portal.com. Claims-Portal.com is not responsible for any advertiser infringements or violations of law. Advertiser warrants all such content will be in full compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
