Copelands Adjusting Services provides claims and risk management, loss adjustment, and investigative services to insurance companies, self insured corporations and governmental entities. Our adjusting services cover property losses related to residential and commercial building structures, business interruption, loss of use, automobiles, ocean marine, inland marine, and trucks and heavy equipment.

Casualty adjusting services cover claims related to automobiles, trucks, general liability, Longshoreman's Act, Jones Act, worker's compensation, and professional liability.

Investigative services include surveillance, activities check, locate investigations, asset investigations, criminal investigations, and special investigations. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Training and Education
All claims personnel are licensed in their respective practice areas and jurisdictions. In addition to any CE credits required for licensure, each employee spends 40 hours each year in our Home Office training center. Further, Copelands pays for all training and education expenses for all of our employees, giving an extra incentive to all to become the best they can be.

Service Hours
All offices operate on a standard schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Additionally, each office has at least one adjuster "on call" at all times. We can handle any claim, anytime, within a 50 mile radius of any of other 4 locations.
