These services are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
Training and Education
All claims personnel are licensed in their respective practice areas and jurisdictions. In addition to any CE credits required for licensure, each employee spends 40 hours each year in our Home Office training center. Further, Copelands pays for all training and education expenses for all of our employees, giving an extra incentive to all to become the best they can be. We accept resumes online. Service Hours
All offices operate on a standard schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Additionally, each office has at least one adjuster "on call" at all times. We can handle any claim, anytime, within a 50 mile radius of any of other 4 locations.
